Delete Account Information

You can delete your Byde account directly in the app:

1) Open Profile in the app
2) Scroll down and select Delete Account
3) Confirm the request

For security, you will be asked to sign in again before the deletion is finalized.

Once completed, your account and related personal data are permanently removed, except data retained for legal obligations. If you are unable to delte your account through the app, you can request deletion by submitting a request at: https://bydeapp.de/contact. We process deletion requests as quickly as possible, typically within 7 business days.
